- Compliance & Quality Control: Adhered to the client’s strict quality standards (CE, FCC, RoHS certifications) and conducted 100% functional testing for EMS pulse stability, battery life (7-day standby for massage mode).
- Component Customization: Sourced high-quality components as specified by the client (AMOLED touch screen, heart rate/blood pressure sensors, rechargeable lithium polymer battery) and integrated them seamlessly with the EMS massage module.
- Packaging & Localization: Produced custom packaging with multilingual instructions (12 languages including English, Spanish, Arabic, French) and printed the client’s brand logo, certification marks, and regional product codes as required.
